Improved Clutch Master Cylinder

Came across this the other day which intrigued me. As well as an improved design it also has metal internals as opposed to plastic:

The question is, will it fit the DC5? Its advertised as being for the 8th Gen civic but looking at the design it appears almost identical in dimensions to the DC5 one:

Anyone know if this would fit?

Im not sure if its a direct fit, but i have heard of people using the Omni power ones, you find them on american ebay and are meant to be rather good.

whats so terrible with the original one? they dont really fail very often,
