Insurance for 22 year old with 5 years NC?

Hi all could anyone tell me of some companies that will insure for a 22 year old with 5 years NC?

companies that they have tryed is

A PLAN : can't get insured
A flux: 3k

anyone else you can suggest

I'm 23 with 1 year's NCB and paid £949 on my DC2. They've quoted me an extra 200 quid to see out the remaining 6 months on an RX7 TT Import! 8)
