A service makes a major difference to how the car performs; had a major service yesterday (inc plugs, valve clearance [req. @ 81k miles but i did mine at 77k], gearbox oil) and a 'new' front spring

And it pulls much stronger, gear changes alot smoother etc and handles alot better :lol:

Yeah I really need to get my plugs looked at as well, even though they are meant to be good for 100k+! Have a feeling thats where some BHP is missing from... it's all possible!

Maybe this is this reason why the artic blues are the slower color ha ha

when i had a service last year i decided to change the plugs, put in a set of ngk laser iridium's. combined with fresh oil and a new filter. It definately felt more responsive and seemed to pull stronger :)

At first thought was imagining it but it really did make such a difference.
