K-Pro for Facelift

Ok, sorry guys I need help - I was looking at all the postings on Kpro for the facelift dc5's. Please can someone explain how this is works for the facelift - any additional hardware required etc.

If you own a JDM Spec DC5 ITR the 02-04 PRB Kpro is what you need. The only change in wiring was done to the US Spec facelift RSX which required a special adapter harness + 02-04 Kpro. If you own an ITR you do not have to worry. The regular Kpro is for you.

Yes, US facelift DC5s use the "standard" (02-04) PRB K-Pro and a adapter harness. JDM facelift DC5s do not need an adapter, just a PRB K-Pro. JDM pre-facelift ECUs or K-Pros based on those do not work in a JDM facelift DC5.

Thanks for the replies, i need to get some cash to get one. Were there any issues with the facelift imobiliser or did you disable it?


I need to sell my spare set of 4 OEM wheels. That will raise half the cash
