Knock when shifting

Hey guys, anybody also has a knock when u shift sometimes? mostly happens if u release the clutch too fast. Can this be a gearboxmount? how many gearbox mounts are there?
i got the energy inserts, but there is a rip in the upper left (when facing car) engine mount.

you guys have any ideas?? or same experience?

I've just paid c£360 for uprated innovative mounts

Plus £100 or so labour to fit.

OEM front was c£125 fitted last time I checked!!!

As far as I know the OEM Honda mounts are quiet expensive.

Get in touch with the Tuning Factory up in Dublin, they do RS engine mounts and are brilliant, I've had mine on the car for nearly 6 months now. Cabin is a bit more shakey, but well worth it as it completely removes wheel hop better than any ETD.

Yea was going to get aftermarket mounts if the OEM ones were expensive.
What hardness are the RS mounts and do you get all 4 or just 3?
