Large vs Small service

Does anyone know of the differences between these two? i want to get my car in for a large service before it goes to the body shop and before Japfest.

I'd say a small service would be an oil filter change and possibly air at a push depending on which garage you'd take it too dude, and a large would be oil, air, fuel, pollen & plugs.

Do they do valve clearances aswell on a large?

And gearbox oil I believe

Just tell them what you want doing.

it all comes down to whats been already been done and when

I would include the following for large..
oil + filter
air filter
pollen filter
brake fluid
gearbox oil
clutch fluid
plugs

Valve clearances dependant on mileage since they were last done
and perhaps new coolant
