Left hand side motor mount

Hi there

notice today my left hand side motor mount rubber has split so I'm guessing thats has seen better days!

Whats the best mount to replace this with? OEM or something upgraded?

i plan on adding inserts for the other mounts but wanted to get this sorted first...

Left hand side as your looking at the engine bay I guess?

Avid do some. Mugen also do them. There are a few options but it depends how rigid you want it? OEM ones are about £80 I've been told. Inserts are good but won't solve this problem. Is the engine rocking or is there a split in the mount?

Yeah that's the one. The engine seems be pretty solid. Only things I have notice is rattles slightly going over bumps and harsh when coming off revs in 1st gear.

The rubber is split so that's why I'm thinking is shot.

Would the aftermarket one add much vibration. My cars a daily so don't want crazy
