Major Service - What to do?

Guys i just got back from holiday and im going to give my car a proper service. Its on 64,000 at the mo, i know its not time yet but im gonna do it now.

Just wondering what needs doing in addition to what i can think of?

Oil,
Oil Filter,
Gear Oil,
Spark Plugs,
Valve Clearances,
Chain Tensioner (Not sure if i really need to do this now)

Anything else anyone can think of, just wanna keep the car healthy.

Brake Fluid ?
Engine Coolent ?

Just a few that might want doing now at 64k...

timing chain is 100k if i remember rightly, fuel filter is 70k so wouldnt hurt to have it changed either


pollen filter, all fluids - inc power steering, spark plugs a definate, while you have the coolant out might be worthwhile taking the throttlebody off and giving it a clean - good dose of decarb spray
