Got the heat wrap, s/s clips and a can of vht heat proof aerosol paint to seal it all to the pipes.
Just wondering has anyone done this themselves and is there any tips to be shared?
Looking forward to getting the toda back on :xfurious:

I did this to my Toda mani. It's a fiddly job so take your time and don't rush it. Dampening the wrap with water is supposed to make it easier to apply but I'm not sure I noticed much difference tbh.

IIRC I started from the top of the primary (nearest the head), went down to the first collector and back up the mated primary, then finished the bottom part of the manifold off separately.

There's not much space between the pipes at the bottom end so this is where you have to be really patient.

Hope that helps - best of luck! :D

Thanks for that, the water helped with the grip when wrapping.
As you said it was tight down the bottom and i found out not to use a screwdriver to push it through!!
Delicate stuff, also i reccomend wearing long sleeves when doing it as i was scratching for a bit after :x
