Meister R ride height adjustment help

Just fitted the meister r coilovers.
Wanted to know how to adjust the front ride height with the coilovers installed already. According to the manual provided loosen the lower locking screw then rotate the tube. Do i rotate the tube by hand?. It says do no touch the upper locking screw cause its for spring reload.

So do rotate the middle by hand?

Help please.

If they are new you should be able to by hand, but sometimes quite stiff. Try using the c spanner to turn the top collar, and make sure the tube turns not just the collar.

If they are like my coilovers the spring will have 2 locking collars underneath.
These lock against each other, so use the bottom collar to raise the height and the upper collar to lower, i.e. using the c-spanner to rotate accordingly.
As long as the correct collar is used then it won't loosen on the spring but should rotate the piston.
