Misfire and smoke

Couple of weeks back I cranked over and EML remained lit (didn't have k Manager to hand) and immediately idle was lumpy like I had killer cams, smoke coming out of exhaust and smell of fuel. If you took foot of accelerator it would just stall. I cranked again and light went out and all was fine as if nothing happened. All had been fine for weeks until yesterday the same happened again, switched off and on again and all good. Could it be lamda on way out?

What occasionally happens with kpro is the map can corrupt if the battery voltage drops too low
I remember reading about it on the hondata forum a few years ago as I had the same problem but mine wouldn't recover itself if I switched it off. I needed another Ecu in my case.

Not sure if that helps at all Dan, but the battery could be struggling with the drop in temperature at the moment.

Thanks Mark, does struggle sometimes actually and sometimes I do get the low voltage daughter board Error code

make sure you have good earth from the intake manifold to rocker cover bolt..
