misting headlight

my o/s headlight has started to mist up in the last few days, will this clear or is it a case of removing the cover and resealing it ? are they easy to remove ? or would a simple hole drilled into it cure this problem ?.

Mine did this, it eventually goes after you drive around for awhile at night
