Modified scuttle panel?

I just finished modifying mine tonight. Patched up the extra large hole someone made before me on the scuttle and I guess couldn't be bothered filling and shaping it. Been at it the past 2 nights. Absolute nightmare of a job and a slow process! Now it's serving a purpose directing the air into the filter. It's the second one I've worked on now. The prep is the hardest. Getting the shape etc. Then the filler splits at times where it meets the scuttle. Difficult in some places.

Or... long story short... I'd buy one too 😂

I stuck a wanted post up and got a second hand GruppeM scuttle for £20! Much easier. :xyes:

Only needed a little bit of prep work!

I done mine a while back got it perfect with the fibre glass mould. Went to put the scuttle back on cracked from being out of shape somehow. Its a pain of a job!

would buy too, after i screwed mine up with the tegiwa manual which is not for the dc5 (even it says so)
