MOT fail,rear brakes embalance,car off road.

Help Please,
cars fails on rear brake embalance via brake pedal,all is fine with balance via hand brake.Calipers are not seized,new pads,car has braided hose lines,no air in lines,no sticking calipers, this is really puzzling me now.
mot guy said nearside rear was only braking to number "1" on his brake test rig and is too much embalance to other side.
Brake proportional valve is my next move and where is it.can see the lines disappearing from abs unit to rear of subframe,also is it the same as a civic ep3 R,
Anyone else had this ?

update,
Anybody suffering from rear caliper embalance and have done the usual things,pads, sliders,pistons etc, advise swap out of proportional valve on engine firewall.mechanic found one of the little valves sitting differently to the other.gone through the mot now.
