Muppet in need of help

Hi folks started doing some work in my bay today and managed to break one the bits off of the top of the manifold.

Can someone tell me what this is called so I can order a new one.

Also what impact will this have?? the bit thats broken is where the silicone hose connects to it (plastic bit came away in my hand)

Top 2 pics are of the bit i need to replace and last photo shows where it was removed from the throttle body

Is not the map sensor for the throttle body??

Or idle control valve?
If so it means your car won't hold a idle when cold.
So need to sit and manually warm it up by revving it yourself

the last picture shows the SENSOR ASSY MAP.

The bit I broke (top 2 pics) fits into that hole above it and a silicone line runs into it thats snapped off.

I thought Idle Control Valve but need to be sure

Purge control solenoid - Dave at steels sorted me out be here on Saturday

Well not a single problem has occured from doing this since I super glued it back together so there you go 2 x fixes to choose from lol

Borrowed glue - Free
New part for Dave - £90
feeling like a numpty for breaking it in the first place - Priceless
