My DC5 is now on the boat!

Hi Guys,

Just put a 50% deposit down on a DC5 from Torque GT thats currently in transit, due to arrive on the 14th Feb.

Quick run through of spec:

-79000 miles
-was grade 4B
-C pack
-Push button start
-Pre-facelift
-Championship white

I can't describe how happy I am as I've wanted a fast Honda since I was a little kid - this next month or so is going to be painful.

Its coming with Mugen Showa suspension but I am looking to put coilovers on it so these will be up for sale at some point!

I'm from suffolk way so will be up for any meets or convoys to events!

FD2 - nice! I think Darren said it would be around mid march until it's ready to be picked up which is going to be a long wait..

Yeah I've heard good things about them - looking forward to having a nose round their other stock while there

Any plans other than swapping out the coilovers?

Personally I'd be on the look out for some OEM pedals as well, Might be worth speaking to Torque-GT about it and see if they can swap them out for you, they put a few aftermarket parts back to stock for me when I got mine from them.

Car looks great, excellent colour choice too!

I'd say it looks as though you've got yourself an aftermarket exhaust on there too as that's much meatier than the oem one!

Torque GT are spot on. Darren, Tristan, Mike and Josh are all fantastic guys that are always looking out for their customers. I get all my servicing etc done with them too as they're only a 15 min drive from me.

Hey! yeah hopefully mugen front and rear lips and a brake upgrade.. been eyeing up some enkei rpf1 wheels but they aren't exactly cheap!

Darren did mention it was aftermarket but unfortunately the pictures aren't good enough to tell which, although with the Mugen/Cusco parts hopefully its something tasty!

Shame I'm around 5 hours away from them or I'd be getting mine serviced there too - need to find a good Honda specialist in the east anglia
