Thats not so bad mate. I hear the Mugen box is the same as the OEM box as gains go.

Impressive results, depending on the accuracy of the rollers.

I was at 182bhp at the wheels with mugen box and kakimoto exhaust.

I don't think the Mugen does anything for peak power.

Funny how you're producing peak power above the high rpm rev limit of the standard ECU.

That dyno doesn't look hugely accurate, and remember, dyno's should only be used as tuning tools when mapping or comparing a new run with a mod to a standard run with the same car on the same dyno in similar conditions.

depends if you kept the same rolling radius or not?

215 x 45 x 17 will give a diameter ofb 625.3
215 x 40 x 18 will give a diameter of 629.2
225 x 40 x 18 will give a diameter of 637.2
215 x 35 x 18 will give a diameter of 607.7

so you see you are not changing the diameter by more than about 2.8% which will only change your speed at 70 by around 2-3 mph. although it is gonna slow your rate of acceleration slightly by using a larger diameter.
Would this make a difference on the dyno, i would have thought very small indeed to be honest. So may point to an issue with the dyno
