My DIY Alloy Refurb - Pics

Fitted them today and because I'm so happy with the results I thought I would post a few photos 8)
Only done 2 from my spare set that really needed doing.

Stages:
Sanded smooth
Filled any kerbing
More sanding
Primed (2 layers)
Wet & Dry to 1200grit
Sprayed using 2-pack high gloss champ white (3 layers)

Now I wish they would stay looking this clean but I know after my first drive they will be dirty again

Paint match was very good when compared with the body work. I think the centre caps are slightly 'magnolia' because they are plastic.

Makes me want to have a go at doing mine myself.
I think it makes a huge difference when the inside of the wheel is finished the same as the outer face.

I have a compressor so got 2-pack paint mixed to champ white NH0
