Could someone please identify what numbers 1-6 point to.

I.e. no.3 is windscreen washer

5, Expansion bottle coolant.

6, power steering fluid.

is number 2 a seperate reservoir for number 1?

No. 1 is the master cylinder fluid reservoir for the brake system and
No. 2 is the same for the hydraulic clutch
