Afternoon All,
I have recently picked up a Arctic Blue DC5 C Pack!
I went all the way from London to Glasgow to pick it up, 13 hour coach journey there!!
I bought it for £5000 with 119k (mixed) on the clock from a mature owner.
The car has some mods to it already such as short shifter, mugen air filter, double din stereo + custom subfwoofer.
The drive from Glasgow back to London cost me just £52! (No VTEC) 450 miles.
So far it's been 3/4 weeks since I've had it and also encountered my first issue with the clutch however the owner kindly threw in a Excedy racing clutch so that will get sorted out alongside new rear pads as i can hear metal to metal grinding?!
My plans for this car is to:
Lower it with coilovers, used £250 Buddyclub coilovers are coming soon (eBay winning bid)
Buy a set of dished alloy wheels such as Whistler KR1, Dare F5 or anything with lots of polish and shine!
Replace the stock wing with a bigger race type spoiler
Replace the Mugen air filter for a Teg M/Gruppe M
Look to find a Seibon Carboon bonnet.
Putting on the custom made R35 GTR style rear LED lights.
Hopefully for 2016 i can take the teg to some sort of track as i have always wanted to experience the thrill!
