i was under the impression they were not insuring imports any more... not what they told me but what i was told.

obviously had a change of heart!!

I am getting poor service from them at the minute. I sent all of the information about myself and the car on Saturday evening (knowing I wouldn't get a phone call til Monday.)

I never got a phone call but an email asking for more information on Monday morning. I replied within the hour. Come Tuesday I had not received a reply. So I emailed again. I got a response saying that had a couple of insurers interested in insuring me asked some more information and said he would get back to me later that day. It is now Wednesday afternoon and I have had nothing. Do they want my business or not?? Obviously not, and even if they now give a competitive quote I doubt I will go with them.

just got my renewal quote of them...

23 with 4 years PCB, £895 with £400 excess

thats nearly 500 quid cheaper than last year, with £350 off the excess... im happy!!!
