oem 6th gear with 5.417 final drive

Right got a bargain final drive today in the form of a 5.417 final drive and my question to you good folk is there anything I can do with my 6th gear ?

I ran a 5.1 in my last dc5 which was quite a comfortable upgrade along with a bit more power. In my ep3 I couldn't afford to go down the Hondata ecu and power mods so thought this time I'll try the 5.46 final drive. Pound for pound this was a great upgrade along side a jdm lsd.

Only downside which wasn't a huge problem I can live with it was the excessive high revs when cruising down the motorway and killing fuel.

Is there anything I can do with the 6th so I can cruise a bit but then carry on as normal with 1st to 5th ?

Not planning on crazy horse power, Chargers or anything, will be doing plenty of track days where I've never used 6th hardly anyway

A mate of mine with an EP3 has a shorter final gear and brought the 6th gear from an Accord.

He said it sits around the 3300/3500rpm at 70mph.

I run the longer 6th gear Tegiwa supply (RSX?, Accord?) With my 5.333 FD and it's 3300rpm at 70MPH.
