Could anyone that's had there wheel retrimmed (doesn't matter who by) upload a pic to give me some ideas please.

I'm thinking about getting my wheel refurbed by royal steering wheels as its not looking/feeling great.

I've been on the rsw website and seen a few but there not the best quality pics.

Thanks

Mine is identical to linh even the stitching and top red bit, and from royal was £120!

Get it done, and no they couldn't do momo bit when I asked last year...

They said they could do the momo but I chose not to.

I do like the perforated ones, especially with the red centre marker, they're very smart and look proper oem!
I also love Beppe's alcantara one with the red momo logo! That looks like its straight off a race car!
Decisions decisions!

Another Royal one for me:

Absolutely love it, the wheel was the only thing that gave away the age/mileage.

It's a touch thicker now too, which is nice.

How easy is it to swap the steering wheel? Any risk involved?

Quite tempted to do this on mine as the steering wheel is quite tired looking and feeling.

AFAIK -

1. Battery off
2. Take airbag off with clips on the back of the wheel, and disconnect
3. Undo big nut in the middle
4. Take steering wheel off
5. Do 1-4 in reverse.

Must admit, I didn't do the Tegs.

Does Royal Steering Wheel need your old wheel or is the £120 for a new wheel? If they need your old wheel, how long is turn around?
