OEM Wheel Weight

Done a quick search but can't find.

Anyone know or willing to find out weight of OEM wheel with tyre? If anyone has one with no tyre on too that would be cool 8)

When I bought my car I was told they were Magnesium Alloy so I want to weigh in and find out.

My Weds weigh 6.4kg per corner. So a saving of 2kg per corner but I've got run flats on at the moment so sort of negating the performance...

Ha ha yeah you cant beat smaller wheels for lighter weight 8)

Think my D1R's are like... 5.2kg for a 15" :-k

Either way, light wheels ftw!

Some crazy results here guys. Weighed in oem wheels with toyo t1r on and was 18.1kg. That makes tyre and air alone heavier than the wheels itself!!

My wheel with eagle f1 was 16.8kg so a total saving of about 6kg all round
