Do you guys get a lot of hassle from other forums?

What i mean is people always posting up that their (insert car here) will beat your DC5 in a race!

Its started to get on my nerves, i know it shouldn't bother me but it is.

Any of you experience this?

no not off other forums but my brothers friend has a escort rs 2000 and he believes that i wouldn't have a hope on a straight but he has a celica gt4 and he said my is quicker than that really don't understand how he thinks it to be honest :xconfused:
oh and cousins 2006 euro R thinks his car is the fastest 4dr saloon car honda ever made and is even quicker than the integra :lol:

Get it all the time, but I couldn't care less. Until someone actually owns one, they won't know how special of a car it is. 8)

But theres also thousands that they will beat. They are prob just pissed as they have more power buy generally tend to be ugly.

Thanks for your comments guys, i know the DC5 isn't the fastest but its faster than most. Just seems to be guys with slower cars that seem to want to hassle me.

Does annoy me just a tad but as said above, they dont know how good something is until you drive it :wink:

Bottom line ... What's going to get more looks ....

If you wanted a faster car then you'd have it ... Everytime I get someone saying that to me .... I just say "If I wanted a faster car I would have got a Renault 5 GT Turbo .. stick some NOS into it and get 0-60 in 4.5 secs ... But couldn't be bothered " That usually shuts them up

I always like to point out it's a naturally aspirated 2ltr engine.

Its not going to set the world on fire, but its quicker than most standard turbos.

they were from 215 to 255 bhp depending on what model u got and the jap models had more power than the euro models like the imprezas

Damn..I bought the DC5 because I thought it was THE fastest! :xlol: :xlol:

So many cars will cover ground faster than a DC5 but not many put a bigger smile on your face..

Big bhp/faster cars do not always add up to more fun.
