Have been looking at buying a Spoon Manifold for a while now, i was going to buy it new but came across a used one that DC5IAN was selling
got it for a very good price and after picking it up set about cleaning it.
Products used :
1. Auto sol Metal Polish
2. Air Drill with Fine Emery
3. Scotch Pad
4. Polishing Wheel on Air Drill
5. Microfibre Cloth

It took about an hour to get this result.
Now its clean and tidy am thinking of Heat Wrapping to reduce Heat Soak when fitted as the OEM heat shield cannot be used with this Manifold.
