Detailed my mates runabout astra at the weekend, just to see how well bad paint comes up with my Meguiars G220 V2...
Results tell the story really! Gave it a good wash then set about cleaning the paint up
It transformed from blatant run about to a well looked after car in about 3 hours.
Before:
Paint was pretty badly scratched in places, thousands of swirls everywhere and the paint was a little dull....
Didn't feel it needed claying though, so set about washing, machine cleaning and then waxing.... and here are the after shots
After:
(Lower Vinyl lip needs some work due to curb scrapes etc)
So yeah, came up well!
Went from this.... to this... in 3 hours...
Was Grey, now black!
Safe to say, he's over the moon with it
