Quick oil filter question

I presume the CTR and DC5 fitlers are identical given they are essentailly the same engine?

I tried the search too!

Agree with mike, get hamp, i been using them since i got the car, they were cheap and supposibly better thsn oem filter, higher oil pressure.

There honda patrs anyway, just hondas aftermarket arm.
HAMP = Honda Synergy parts

Hmmm, not sure on that. Im sure they are fine but increased pressure means less filtering in general.

I could experiment as I have an oil pressure gauge :)

Will stick with OEM on this occasion!

Got told from the Oil man, that there was no benefit from standard honda filter :lol:

meaning???

no benefit using hamp or other aftermarket one over the oem one or the oem one offers no benefits??

i get mine from a lad on honda revs - dragon2modz i think is his username

normally work out around £8 each delivered (less if your a forum member)

I ordered 2 from Performance Solutions and they took nearly 2months :!: to arrive because they had supply issues
