Radio fm problem?

Hi there,
I have got a new kenwood double din head unit in my car. When the car is not moving the reception is really good, I can get nearly all the radio stations and even when the engine is running also. But once I drive it is pointless to say the least and I can only get BBC radio if I'm lucky.
So I'm thinking engine interference but why would it be ok at idle but not when he car is on the move? I have even reved the engine hard whilst stationary and the radio is still fine.

Anyone have the same problems? And fixes
I also have a sub and 2 amps if this makes any difference.
James.

I am going to suggest it is not wired correctly, particularly the earths, the dc5 aerial needs power from memory as well.

There is an amplifier in the passenger foot well. I think its behind the panel your flare is on...or very close by.

Make sure you have 12v to that and the cable from your HU and the cable to the aerial in the back window is secure.
