After fitting the RBC intake manifold you'll find you cannot fit your existing OEM (PRC) cover which leaves your injectors+wiring exposed. I'm not really sure that's a big deal but I still wanted some sort of cover for the new setup. With help from Dave Johnson (Steels) and D2MTuning I've determined the following parts are needed to fit a suitable cover:-

1 x Honda OEM COVER ASSY., ENGINE [17121-RRB-A00]
1 x Honda OEM BOLT, ENGINE COVER STUD [90015-RBC-J00]
2 x Honda OEM BOLT A, ENGINE COVER [90015-RAA-A00]
2 x Honda OEM IN. MANIFOLD COVER MOUNTING NUT, CAP (6MM) [90201-P8E-A00]

Whole cost came to around £100 which is a bit silly compared to the cost of the intake and adapter from the eBay seller but I'm happy with the result.

Are those parts not fitted as standard? Did you just give them away with your original manifold?

The old cover does'nt fit the RBC manifold.

These look like the parts from a CL7.

Dont think it makes any difference, other than costmetic?

The part numbers seem to be a mixture of the JDM Civic (FD2) and the Civic 08 4DR Si 6MT KA amongst others. What I've listed should help anyone who wants to do the same. Just thought I'd share.

I think it makes the injectors a bit quieter.. At least that is my experience.
