Realigning oem gear knob

Guys, I've took off my after market gear knob and tried putting the oem one back on, but the shift numbers are on backwards now! How do you realign them up properly? Or is it down to the nut at the bottom of it?

Yes, i believe you undo the nut below the gear knob, align the gear knob, and tighten the nut.

Ditto. I had mine turned as low as it could go, for a shorter shift! :lol:

hold the knob in the right place and tighten the nut up to it
