Any brands better than others? Prices seem to vary between brands... worth paying the extra, or just paying for a name? any opinions appreciated

this, good and solid.

the problem is when they use alloy for them.. its just not up to the job. d2 used to be quite bad for this, but they've changed their design now and now they're a lot better.
