Just measure it and get one off eBay! They all have the same generic hook type thing.

I usually buy a full set of wiper blades direct from dave at steels.... its around £20 for all 3 wipers and they all work really well. Much better than those flat blades everyone raves on about, had them on my car when i got it and they were rubbish.
