Remove overspray from dash

Does anyone know how to remove overspray without damaging the interior?

Wouldn't isopropyl alcohol damage the plastics though?

It would probably be ok if it's used to get off a tiny bit of paint. Try it on a tiny spot first to be safe, you could even add some water to it too. I generally find it works for most stuff but isn't as harsh as acetone which will get plastics in a state.

You could also try rubbing blue tac to get off the overspray. Can't say I've tried it with paint but I always use it for getting off adhesives so it might work...
