Replacing Rocker Cover - Liquid Gasket?

Chaps,

I'll be replacing the Rocker cover with my new one  at the weekend, I've just bought the corresponding gasket and plug seals from Mr H :xcry: and checking through the Workshop manual, it looks like I need some liquid gasket on the corners.

I can't remember using this stuff when I did this on the Crx so I haven't got any lying around - do I spend £20 on getting some just for 4 little dabs or risk not using it? opinions anyone?

Thanks in advance

Tim

I would suppose that you may be able to use most silicone sealants along with the right gasket

It's an o-seal style gasket as far as I'm aware, can be be used over and over again. No need for sealant.
