Rev limit ?

Where is the rev limiter on DC5s ?

My DC2 used to be ~9,100. I know the DC5 is not quite as frantic, and just curious recently...

My actual question I suppose is 'what the optimum change point when accelerating like a loon' ? (Which was about 8,600 I suppose in the DC2)

No it really did read that.. But the rolleyes was because if it's because of a dodgy rev counter mine was well out.

Did a search on the DC2 forum and it seems that the limit is 8400 - so yes it was a long way out! Mine reads about 8900 at the limiter.

DC5 limit might be lower than 8400 then :?

I thought it was 8400 or 8600.
CTRs limiter is 8250 (8600 with Kpro :evil: ) so it's got to be higher than that :idea:
