Safe mode, engine check light

Hi guys,

i put a post up here before about my car coming up with an engine check light then going into safe mode... but i have quite an important update.

This only happens when i put petrol in and drive away!

Thinking back the last few times ive filled up, started the car drove off... there you go!

Always seems fine after the car has sat for a while after, and each time i go to check the code the light doesn't come on!

Any ideas?

not really, when you say safe mode, what exactly do you mean?

You need to try and get the code that is making the light come on, Then you will have a better idea of the possible problem.
