Service item quanities

Looking to order everything for my annual service, but I'm reading different things about how much of what is needed.

Can I have a definitive answer for the following...

Coolant
Brake fluid (full flush)
Gearbox oil

What are peoples preferences on brake fluid and gearbox oil as well, apart from MTF3?

Brake fluid will be no more than 2 Litres going on what ive searched on the forum, same with gearbox oil, think thats 1.9.

See that's the thing, I searched on here and read that someone only used 0.5 litres of brake fluid for a full change?

1litre of brake fluid will suffice for a change and bleed
I use morel RBF600 and I rate it high

6 litres of coolant.

5 litres of oil.

2 litres of trans fluid
Oem Honda is the best for a std gbox

4 plugs

Oil filter
Fuel filter
Pollen filter
