Side lights

Hello everyone, my offside Side light isn't coming on anymore.
Are these pretty standard bulbs I could pick up in Halfords etc or do I need to go Honda to get a new one?

Forgot to mention - My dc5 is 2001. Don't know if the later tegs are different or not.

You mean the side repeaters? Or the ones on the main head unit?

Side lights are standard 5W blade type

Check to make sure the contact hasn't come lose. Mine did this once.

I replaced mine with some Rayburg (SP?) LED lights, looks miles better. Cost about £15 iirc.

thanks very much guys - its the side light in the main unit, not the indicator. I'll check its not loose and if not I'll likely just stick a standard 5w blade in today.

I've had a quick look earlier and I'm struggling to see where to remove the sidelight bulb. Do I need to unscrew that black plastic surround around the headlight?

Pop the bonnet, and the side light is the the top lamp, just turn 90 degrees to the right and it just slides out

easy
