Spare wheel well

Bit of a random question but has anyone tried putting a standard oem wheel in the spare wheel well? Does it fit?

Obviously it's more weight to carry an extra wheel but considering the amount of embarrassment saved in having to actually run a space saver.... :xaiweb5:

Technically it fits, but i highly doubt you'd be able to put the boot carpet back down, Haha!

Ya it does fit of course but as said you cannot put the boot carpet in properly

I dont generally run spares. Touch wood...ive never needed one in 15 years of driving I do always carry a repair kit and inflater though.
Got mine in for now. Need to make a false floor to support the carpet. Sub weight is a bit much for it really.
