Was looking at buying a used spoon n1 exhaust now the seller is going to post it as its miles away from me but from chatting to them they say the badge that was on the backbox has came off? Anyone heard of this happening? And is there any other way of checking whether its genuine?

Thanks

Mines doesnt have a badge. Think there are 2 models of the N1. One has the badge, one doesnt. Think thats the only difference.

The badge is held on by 4 spot welds so in theory it could have fallen off....

as above, its common for them to fall off but should leave a square mark where the badge has been

Some older models didn't even have the plaque but as said only 4 spot welds. If he has a video clip you will soon know if its genuine or not as they are crazy loud!
