Squeak coming from the seat

So I've got a squeak coming from what I thought was the seat, on closer inspection (and giving a few things a wiggle) It appears to be the seat belt buckle.

It's particularly noticeable when going over bumpy and uneven roads, it is only on the driver side too passenger side is silent.

Does something just need to be tightened up or lubed? :xhaha2:

Should have some movement in the stalk to allow it to swivel. But obviously fixing should be tight.
Does it do it buckled and unbuckled? Dint lube inside the buckle.
But no harm in stripping down the stalk, and a thin smear of molykote or something around the washer etc.
