Squeaking when turning

Hey guys just as the title says really, but only started happening when I installed buddy club P1 lower balls joints and the engine mounts inserts, not 100 sure if it's the engine torque damper, but it does sound like it's coming from there

Any suggestions?

disconnect the ETD to eliminate that first..

Is that easy to do? Haven't done it before? Also Will the ETD squeak when turning?

I might have got the part wrong, this part looks like a oem part which is located on the passenger side, and sits behind the air box

ETD's normally rattle when they are nackered, ETD is not behind the air box though, some photo would help..

I might have got the part wrong, this part looks like a oem part which is located on the passenger side, and sits behind around the air box, you can see it in the engine and through the passenger side wheel arch, I'm thinking it's the power steering column ? Looks like a damper, but not sure if there such thing as a power steering damper, I'll try get some pictures up when there's more light out
