Squealing brakes!

Ever since I have changed my disc's and brakes to standards I get a squeal at low speeds! It's really starting to grind my gears, any quick fixes or is it time to change? (disc's and pads are around 3k from new)

Did you use copper grease at the ends of the pad backing plates?

What brand pads and discs? Some just squeel as part of their normal operation unfortunately.

Not sure about the grease as I did not put them on. They are oem parts I got my local Honda garage, they didn't squeal initially when I first put them on only in the last 2k!
