What's best store over winter with fuel tank full or empty?

Going to park the DC5 up soon now we are getting less nicer days so was just wondering........Saying that i'm liking the few days of sun/dry we've had ;)

I would probably keep around £15-20 of petrol in it.

Guessing this would be personal preference? lol

I'm thinking leave it full as it would stop internal corrosion???

Dont think there is any inhibitor/protection on the internals of the tank, just bare metal.

I would leave it full. I store mine full and with my caterham style kit car.

Does fuel not go off over time?
It does, but you're talking months for the initial "degradation" to kick in - and even then it will (read as should) only be some of the chemical additives that start to separate from the fuel. After a year or so being static it might start to form solids, but in your average air-tight fuel tank, it should be fine for a couple of months :)
