Strange noise on start up.

Hi guys, Ive been experiencing a strange noise on start up recently over the past few months. Its not the k20 starter motor sneeze and its not a chain rattle. Its more of a squeek, almost like a bird chirping. Happens on a cold start, im guessing its some sort of belt but im not sure, has anyone experienced this before?

Sounds like the AUX belt. Goes away once warmed? I replaced mine a few weeks ago as it was doing the same. Not had the noise since.

Yep, stops after a minute or 2.

Sounds like that could be the issue, ill look in to getting it changed.

If you look at your tensioner you will see an arrow on one side and a rectangle and square on the other. If the arrow is in the markings the belt is usually fine. If its off it definitely needs changed. Does sound like the belt though, mine made the same sound when i was testing belt sizes when I moved the PS pumo
