Teg idling mad issue

Hi guys I've put my tea away for winter today went in the garage like a doughnut I forgot to disconnect the battery nod had to quickly jump it went for a lil drive then when I stopped the car was just hunting like mad for ages thought if I drive it may clear as its been sitting a few weeks but still the same anyone had the same issue before?

Most likely the Idle Air Control Valve mate.

Had the same issue leaving mine standing for a while..took the throttle body off and gave the IACV a clean and made sure it was free to move. Jobs a good'in :)

its VERY common that it causes a problem , the valve gets stuck inside the body and struggles to compensate for the airflow requirements when idling so it hunts.

All sorted now to be honest just ragged it abit round the block a few times and eventually went back
To normal
