Tegiwa manifold- what’s missing?

Hi all,

So I started the car and heard a rattle then after about a mile or so I heard something hit the bottom of the car and the exhaust became very loud!

I managed to get the car home and had a look underneath and found this...

Anyone know what‘s missing here?

Looks like your secondary O2 sensor or if you had a bung fitted it's fell out.

As above, the spare bung has fallen out, happened to me twice with the tegiwa manifold, now its welded on.

Just use some really strong thread lock you should be ok.
