I do assure you they all get passed on to Tom and any I can answer from my own experience/knowledge do get a reply from me. :wink:

Best time to ring is either first thing in the morning before he has a chance to start work on a car or after 5pm when everyone has generally gone home other then Tom :roll:

I spoke to Tom today, and he was very helpful. My car is in on Saturday.

Having my valve clearance done with the service so it is going to be an all day job I guess as car has to be cold to do it and I am travelling from B'ham.

Guess I'll have to find the nearest pub to watch the football.
