Couldn't believe how much was in there! Still a bit left going to the tv aerials on winscreen!

Finally got round to buying and fitting a new head unit after putting up with no radio for almost 8 months

Decided on a Pioneer DEH-5000 ub which I know isn't the best but is good enough for me.. Picked it purely to match the red of the dials etc.
Obviously this is a single din, purchased the adapter from ebay.com. About £15 delivered and is almost perfect with a bit of initiative for securing :wink:
End result. (Camera phone)

Also noticed since pics that the writing (aka Radio 1 etc) can be changed to red 8)
Left a CD in the old headunit though :x

Looks good, what did you use to secure the pocket below the stereo, although mine stays put, it is loose!

Still got the old one. Dont think it's worth anything?.. Cd was Wombats album
Pocket is secured with an 'L' shaped bracket either side, came in the kit.. it doesn't move at all. HU doesn't have a clock - god damn it
